Being stuck is costing you money

Have you ever felt like business growth is limited to climbing from one plateau to the next. In the continuous cycle of growth, scaling, and expanding. “If you aren’t growing you are dying”!  We buy into what the “experts” at the top are screaming down to us, double down and push onward, climbing the sheer cliff, dragging all of the baggage we collected during the last plateau, and see how far up we can get. And because we are amazing humans, somehow it works!

Unless you are like 50% of small business owners who never get past 5 years.

Most business owners are stuck with their business. It might be a stall out with culture, unnecessary drama, or a revolving door of staff. Sales have stagnated or customers are leaving. Or maybe you’ve lost sight of the vision and are drifting yourself. Whatever it might be, the solution isn’t found in gutting out the climb, instead you take a step off the cliff. Down, not up.

Growth happens when we hike up to the plateau, come up to the ledge, and take a step off into the unknown. Only to realize we’ve let go of what was holding us back, and are again on the path.

This is where having someone by your side is beyond value. Stepping off alone can feel impossible. As a strategist, it is my responsibility to bring the focus and create the space for your courage to rise up and take the step.

Make it

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
